Virtual Vegan Cooking Club

I first started writing about food and sharing vegan recipes in July 2013. The initial idea came about when I was often asked what I was having for lunch at work and people were surprised there was no meat, eggs or dairy. “But what do you eat?” I was asked. There was so much to eat and explore as a vegan and I wanted to shout from the rooftops what I eat and amazing vegan finds and voilà my idea to blog was born.
I always shared recipes and ingredients with the hopes people would make the recipes and enjoy them too and now after almost exactly 8 years of writing and recipe sharing, I am launching a Virtual Vegan Cooking Club. See below how you can join in and get involved

The concept is pretty straight forward, I will post a recipe, on all my socials and here as well, weekly on Wednesdays and then encourage you to make it throughout the week when you have some time. After you make it, post a picture on your favorite social media platform, tag me and use the following hashtag, #virtualvegancookingclub . I’ll repost your pictures and together we will share plant-based recipes that I hope you will enjoy and share with people you love. Don’t have social media, but want to join in? Email me your photo(s) with the name of the recipe in the subject line to burnthyme@gmail.com
This is a passion project of mine that I have wanted to start for a long time, but never did due to fear of putting myself out there, but here I go! This week we are kicking off with a Stuffed Avocado recipe, I have a recipe for you to follow, but if you want to stuff with your own ideas, feel free! The more creative the better. *Note, I will only be reposting plant-based versions. I can’t wait to see what you will make! Happy cooking.
